The garage is a very busy well stocked garage with some lovely staff but as always there is an exception to the rule... A female member of staff called Wendy that never wears her name badge is as rude as anyone I have ever dealt with. No please or thank you and she looks at you like there is something wrong with you when you try and be polite. She goes as far as dropping the change in your hand then looks past you like you aren't there.On the whole its staffed with nice helpful polite people its a shame she has to let the place down.

staff have no idea i have been in twice for a paysafe voucher and not one of them could do me one they are rude moody and no manners its not rocket science job i have done it my self they are all clearly not trained right or done that sort of work befor

Majority of staff are very unpleasant, (only a few friendly) puts me off going in.. normally don't buy anything but fuel as its all very expensive and I bought some courgettes from there a few days a go paid full price and noticed when I got home they were a day out of date. I like the subway and find the staff there pleasant enough. and a massive store like that and they don't even sell B&H cigarettes

The staff have no motivation to be upbeat since you have to queue and pay for fuel. A depressing experience. Its a place to get out of quickly.

Staff who are clearly quite ill and coughing while serving customers is unbelievable at this time. Very poor management allowing this to happen. Do not go there.

Rude, unhelpful, ignorant staff. Who have no idea what they’re supposed to be doing at all! I’m mean…come on…how hard is it to serve in a shop/garage?!?

Used to be a great garage with lovely staff, twice I have been served by the same rude lady with a short brown bob and dark glasses she could do with some lessons in customer service! Shame it is my nearest garage otherwise I wud go elsewhere.!

Majority of the staff seem very nice especially a lady on the tills called Sharon! She's extremely helpful and always has a smile on her face.
