A remarkable place, very relaxing.

A home from home for our little fur baby. Charmaine and the team look after our boy as if he was their own. Whenever we go away on holiday we always book him in here and never have to worry whilst away. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service :)

I have previously been very happy with the service provided by this company and they have always been very polite but I am shocked at the response I have just received for a change in my booking.Unfortunately, the same as a lot of people at the moment, our holiday has just been cancelled last minute. We have decided to still take some time off but for a shorter period, so I did email the kennels to inform them of this. I have just followed this up with a call just now to confirm and was appalled at the ladies attitude towards me. Her response was 'I recall you have previously done this with us.' We have never messed them around with dates, so I think she is getting us mixed up with someone else, but regardless of this, the rudeness I was given as a customer was disgraceful. I have come away shocked and a little upset with the confrontation, especially as we have been really happy with the care they have provided in the past.I will NEVER use these kennels again and will most certainly not recommend them to my friends and family.I suggest you don't take your issues out on your customers who had no control over the cancellation of the holiday due to Covid-19.

My dog enjoyed his stay at these dmakss kennels. Loved the donkeys. Went off happily and didn't look back. It has an fairly large green outside individual run for your dog on fine days.
