David and Lauren from The Colchester Shutter Company offered a first class service from start to finish. David is a very friendly chap who first came around to measure up and quote a couple of months ago. He explained everything thoroughly , going through all the different options available right down to the choice of hinges. Their prices are very good in comparison to the big companies and we were informed of the time scale expected for our order ( although they ended up arriving earlier than expected ) He has just fitted them and they look stunning. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting shutters fitted.

We're so pleased with the great customer service and quality of our new shutters for our kitchen windows, we can't praise this company highly enough! The shutters were even fitted a month earlier than originally planned!I especially love that the shutters were measured to be in line with the shape of the window frames, even the window with a larger center pane, and the split shutters on both means we have privacy whilst still enjoying daylight from the top section in the mornings :o)Thanks Lauren and David, so glad we saw your advert xx

We had our shutters installed today. David was so helpful through the whole process explaining all the different options available to us. He was very knowledgeable. We had shutters to the front of the house and shutters abs doors to the back and wow what a transformation. We are so impressed. A 5 star service from quotation right through to completion! After having a nightmare experience with a nationwide shutter company that advertises on tv, I am relieved to say my faith is restored after dealing with Colchester Shutters. A competitive quote, good communication and competent fitting of a quality product. The shutters look beautiful and I’m going to order more now to finish the house.
