Burger King

For a fast food" place situated in an industrial estate (meaning most customers are local staff on timed lunch breaks)

Very disappointed in this burger King..the bun was very dry not a lot of sauce did not even taste like it should 2/10

First day open but sadly a poor first impression. Was not overly busy at drive thru. .6/7 cars in front of me but took 42mins to get food. Appreciate first day can be overwhelming but communication not great. After 23mins I got to order point. Be a minute" was the voice. Around 5mins later he came back and took order. Got an apology for wait. No problem. Get to window to pay and receive order...after paying asked if I could wait a few moments and window closed. 10mins passed and window opens "what is your order again?". Window closes once I say. 5 mins later and 42mins in total

It might be teething troubles so take this with a pinch of salt (there's plenty on the food, yikes).It was quiet; there were only two other people in (waiting for their orders) when we arrived and started ordering.We used the screens which are a little bit awkward and not very intuitive. Tried to order the chimichurri burger but it wouldn't add it to the basket like it did for the other burger we ordered. So had to choose something else.Then we waited for over 20 minutes. The two people in front waited as long as that too and there were awkward wonder what's taking so long" chats. Eventually everyone's food was ready within a few minutes of each other. Not sure what happened (no one told us).Reader

Probably the smallest Burger King I have ever been in outside of a supermarket franchise.The service was quick, very quick, less than two minutes from placing my order to being called to pickup.Unfortunately my order was only lukewarm probably due to the fact I was the only person ordering.Might be better once it gets busier.

Undercooked nor just once but twice grease filled rolls won't be back

Tryed to go in on the 10th December just before half 8 and the drive through was closed and then had to park up seen people in your restaurant eating but the main door was locked couldn't get in and sat back in my car and one of your team members had to unlock the door to let out customers this was before half 8 and it says 9 o'clock that use close total joke thanks for nothing
