Excellent indoor attraction. Lots of different activities including virtual reality and zip wire ride (£4.75 additional cost), VR (£5 additional cost) and arcade (£5 for 5 tokens, each game 1token). Toddler area included, very safe place as security guards are always around. Not too crowed. Very clean including toilets! Yummy food with plenty of halal, kosher and vegan varieties. A bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it. We spent 2,5 there and it was enough. Will definitely visit again. Be aware you can get a discounted price through Groupon.

A bit underwhelming. Took 2 year old for a play day, which she did enjoy. But there's better alternatives out there that we've been to that are better value. There's not that much variety for younger kids here. Plus it's not that clean, everything felt a bit sticky. Seems to be more here for older kids but didn't really check out that section.

My 20 month old grandson loved it. There is plenty to keep children of all ages entertained for the 2 hours. It was over busy so he managed to try out everything in the under 5's play area and some things in the older play area with his mum. There is a cafe area which we bought drinks from which I think was reasonably priced. The receptionist was a bit 'off' but the rest of the staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Good play but the place is starting to look a little tired. You don't notice normally in seating area but going into the toddler area there were areas that could do with a spruce up. Bits of carpet coming up and broken bricks. Generally a little shabby in places which lets it down a little. Also not a big fan of the 'herding area' as you come in with a bit of a mad dash as they open the gates. I understand it gets people ready but could do with being a bit bigger.

Even sitting here I cannot quite believe how big this place is.Hundreds of people could be in here and you still have your own space.Definitely worth a trip!4 stars due to price and many areas have age restrictions for under 5s.

Visited here with my daughter (4 months at the time) and my friend's son (9 months) and the facilities in the toddler / baby area were excellent. Loved the extra padding, foam blocks and even a small slide / climbing area. The facilities for the older children looked excellent too. There was a small cafe area, really clean toilets and a space which included lockers. Will definitely be returning as my little one loved it and it has been hard to find suitable play centres for her as she's still so young.

We visited here before heading home from a few days away in Manchester. The children loved the Play Factore and the VR experience. If we were ever in the area again we would definitely visit again. I would also recommend this to anyone looking to pass a few hours to entertain the children. The staff were all friendly. The prices in the cafe were a little on the high side. The food tastes good and a reasonable portion size.

We’ve been here many times over the years, whether just for a play or for a party, and it’s simply the best play centre around. It gets busy, so I’d recommend booking in advance to ensure entry. There’s so much to do for all ages - including big kids like mum and dad haha - whether this be the massive soft play areas, trampolines, go karts, zip wires, arcades or enjoying one of their freshly made pizzas.
