Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Unfortunately I had a issue with a Apple Watch I purchased on line. I returned the watch back to the Newry shop and it was replaced with a newer one. It’s so good to see happy staff in the Current climate we are in.

If you periodically visit this store, you can find interesting and useful things at a good price. And this is my husband's favorite store

Great range and trade in price.

Bought a PS5 here 6 months ago and the disc drive stopped working so took it up they ran a test seen there was a fault and replaced it there and then took about an hour in total absolutely brilliant service, staff are super helpful and friendly well impressed

My 10 year old son went in with his Nintendo Wii that was boxed and in perfect condition, they took it for inspection and when he went back to collect it an hour later they said they lost the box and was offering way too less for it, disgusting behaviour to steal from a child and tell him lies, avoid at all costs ❌

2 phones and a laptop bought of this place in 6 months and they will not honor their warranty on anything. Both phones now unusable and the staff will always blame the user. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is a standout CEX store. The staff are consistently on point, so friendly and warm and really know their stuff when it comes to what they sell, the store is well laid out and the games are actually all displayed under the right letter unlike some other stores. I visit at least monthly with a combination of buying and selling and am never let down by their good humour and focus on looking after me as a customer. The team are always obliging and seem genuinely interested in helping customers. The manager/supervisor seems to create a really good vibe that I've noticed more than once. Have visited many CEX stores, this should be the template for how it should be done.

It's a pity to see the number of negative messages and bad experiences that customers usually have with this store. I thought it was more correct and responsible, but reading what I've seen, I don't think I'm taking the risk of buying here.

Very poor staff, took a Apple iPhone 11 in for trade for in-store credit for to swap for a android phone, they took the phone okay went through the testing procedures and I came back to them saying the phone failed the test on dirt being in the speaker, now I've tested the phone and had a proper investigation into it and I found the poor staff had put a probe or something into the phone speaker attempting to clean it, now I had been using the phone for about a year and never was a fault in the speaker or phone, when it was returned to me the phone speaker was broken they had punctured the speaker, then handed back to me and said that it was like that, definitely not, now I'm left with a broken phone over poor useless media drop out students who have no experience or skills in phone checks and maintenance. NEVER ever let them touch your phone as they are not qualified and will end up breaking the phone wiping all your data before the physical tests are even done so all my valuable is gone and no sale. So in conclusion they take for tests, break the device and hand it back to you saying I took a dodgy phone in" so really I'm now down the price of a speaker and the labour of fixing

It's Ok. Prices are high and you're better off most of the time getting what you need second hand on FB marketplace or any of the buy and sell sites.
