My nearest pets at home. It's ok, let down by often empty shelves and long queues - why only one person on tills? Polite staff, no sense of urgency which is why the queues get long. Airport one is much faster and often better stocked. I had five people in front of me earlier and every person was asked about loyalty card, giving donation to charity. Sounds grumpy but when bulk buying heavy food on your lunch break you just want to pay and go.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Some shelves seemed a bit sparse.Not sure if that was a supply issue or the gaps hadn't been filled quickly enough. Some things are quite a bit more expensive than you can get them elsewhere.

Went in last minute to get new walking harness for my miniature pom, they had good variety of choices and since my Pom is a very special case, I’ve got to still give props to ‘Will’ who was keen to help try sizes on over and over! In an ideal world, we would have eventually found the right fit. But overall I appreciated the patience, care of the service and the welcoming staff to my Gigi.

I have just received the best customer service,in the Southend Victoria branch,from a very knowledgeable man( forgot to get his name) regarding products available for my cat who's has a urinary tract issue. He showed me all available options in-store and advised about special on-line products whilst explaining the features and benefits of each product along with the economical side of things . All in all an advisor who's a credit to the business.
