I booked two tickets from Derby to Beaconsfield for 6th December at a cost of £183.00. On arrival via post included were two day passes for the The London underground at a cost of £17.50 each.As I only need to get from St Pancrass to Marylebone I asked if I could return them as I didn't realise they were included yes they said with a,£10.00 admin fee won't use them again

Have used Bishop Trains before but was really impressed with the service I received today. I'd already checked out a short break to London for four people but the fantastic David Million saved me £58 per person for exactly the same hotel and train.

Excellent customer service. Got a great deal on train tickets as they searched and advised the best times to travel for the best prices and they sorted out an Oyster Card too so no hassle once we got to London. Have used them several times since and always very helpful and knowledgable. They will take your details so that when the bookings open we get best prices!
