My husband and I purchased a full body exfoliation + body mask + massage. We weren’t disappointed. It was so relaxing,We started off by spending 15 mins in the sauna then being exfoliated and soaped on top of a marble slab. Finally, we got a massage while the body mask was being applied. We both chose the chocolate mask and it felt indulgent. After which, the mask was left for 15 mins then we were asked to shower. It was a unique and lush experience.Props to the lady who did my treatment and the gentleman who did my husband’s treatment. They were very skilled, polite and just so good at what they do. They’re amazing.Deducting one star because the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower room could do with some improvement. But overall, it was a great experience. We’ll come back again.

I received this voucher as a gift from someone close to me as an engagement gift & it was quite possibly the worst hammam experience i've had. I have been to many hammams in london, morocco & dubai and i was not happy with the experience as a whole. I arrived 10 mins late due to bad traffic in the surrounding area & i was expecting a delay but i was not expecting to be rushed. I was not given much time to change into my swimsuit & when i said i need a couple of minutes i was told 'i need to hurry up because i was late'. I think every place would essentially give 10-15 mins leeway for late arrivals outside of their control? Maybe not this place. I then was taken into the hammam room. The hammam was very aggressive & left me with very sore skin especially on my legs. I also had a very visible surgical scar which had healed but the lady didn't seem to care about the force in which she used in that area. My scar is now sore & very red. The lady that attended to me seemed to be in a rush & the massage was not pleasurable or relaxing but aggressive, rushed & felt like there was an excessive use of knuckles and force. Once the hammam was over and i showered i got changed and had to look for a member of staff to tell me where to go next as there was no one around. I asked a member of staff if that was the end she responded saying 'yes, can i offer you tea or water, actually just water because we're closing and cannot give you tea'. I declined the water as it was not a welcoming experience and i left very upset as it was meant to be an enjoyable experience celebrating a happy time in my life but left me feeling abused & sore. I won't be recommending this spa to anyone nor be back for any other treatment.

Purchased a Groupon voucher for Turkish Hamman& Moroccan Bath experience, for 2. My partner &I.Arrival welcome was nice, as we wanted to be shown to our experience. Only issue is we could not understand the lady instructing us, she had a thick accent. I asked her to repeat several times, as she was telling us choices for our body scrubs. I would suggest she speaks slower to guests. I translated to my partner. I asked her if I should wear a swimming cap, she said she did not understand....The experience itself was nice. The body scrub was very intense. I would suggest the staff ask males if they mind having a male carry out their treatment. I would also suggest there is some explanation around the use of the changing room, as most guests think it is for their sole use, but because treatments overlap this is not the case and guests are surprised and find it difficult to change/share. This all being said, my skin was soft, the treatment was a good process and length of time. Not sure I would return here but would consider buying as a gift for others.

I had a really great experience in the turkish hammam, i will definitely be back. my wife did her hair upstairs afterwards and was really pleased. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for everyone!

My husband booked a hammam experience for us, it was okay. Definitely no thrills. The whole experience felt very rushed. The girl showing me around knocked and entered 3 times asking if I was ready, they stick you in the steam room then direct you to the hammam room, it all felt very militant and strictly timed. During my massage another customer was shouting “excuse me” loudly so the lady massaging me had to leave for a few minutes, did kill the relaxation. I must say the lady I had was very nice and tried to make sure I was comfortable. When staff direct you to the showers they just hang around which felt awkward, when I finished showering I was greeted by one staff members private parts, she did apologise but the corridor isn’t the place to be getting naked! I don’t think I’d return here but it’s okay if you’re looking for a quick scrub down, massage and mask.

SUPERB! Best Hammam I've ever had ... Technichians are very professional, skilled and attentive. Beautifully set up.Bought through Wowcher so also had amazing deal.Upstairs is salon for hair, nails etc too so you can spend a whole day pampering..Can't recommend enough... Go see for yourself!

The hamman was amazing.First the steam room , it was beautiful and private for me and my husband we enjoyed it then moved on to an amazing massage and scrub down that helped clear up the autumn blues. Thank you so much for this service it was amazing

I will definitely be coming back here! My skin has never been this soft! The ladies only day is Tuesday if you're looking to book. We started off with a lovely steam (15mins) and were given a glass of water so we didn't get too dehydrated. Then we went through to the treatment room for the scrub, foam and massage treatment. You have a choice of three different scrubs chocolate (relaxing), coffee (detoxing) and Honey (moisturising). I chose coffee and my sister chose honey. There wasn't much difference but we both feel baby soft. We received a scrub and a massage. And then we were left to sit there for 15mins as we soaked all the lovely scents, and detoxifying oils... We then had a shower and we relaxing in the relaxation room where we were offered different types of tea.Overall the only thing I would change is for them to put a sound track that changes as it was the same instrumental over and over.I'm coming back!

I visited the hamam on Groupon offer. I think even with the offer it was too expensive for the experience (£86 for two people). The entrance is through a hair salon. Upon arrival, the pretty space on the photos is in fact small smelly uncomfortable (it smells of cat piss to me). The changing room is a joke. It's so small, inconvenient, water dripping on you, just really bad. The steam room with minty oil feels cold and we asked to increase the steam, the essiantial oil tingly on the face, I didn't like at all. The hamam experience was good and the staff were absolutely great and worked very hard. Showers have cheapest ever toiletries, good I had my own. Wouldn't recommend the place.
