Thank you Sally and team for being so kind, compassionate and above all genuine when I lost my beloved 15yr old terrier this week. I trusted them completely and would most definitely recommend Cremtor. They’re not there to rip you off when you’re at your most vulnerable like other pet crematoriums in this area. I would highly recommend Cremtor. We recently lost our 35 year old pony. From the first phone call late in the afternoon, Jim and his team were kind, efficient and understanding. He was collected the following morning, the driver respectfully loading him after giving us time to say goodbye and making sure we were ready for him to go. We have since received him back in a beautiful wooden casket with some of his mane and tail. Thank you all at Cremtor for such a great service.

Awwwwwh what an absolute gem these people are !!!!!!Seriously I lost my dog Zookie on the 21st Nov and I rang a vet they quoted me a lot of money but unfortunately I'm a single mum on my own and didn't have th e money to put up front cremtor Ltd was so caring understanding and treated her with respect and me they reassured me and made me comfortable in there services reliable and very understanding and also prompt on there words !!!,I know you should always have money and pay anything because they say an animal is one's best friend of course tgey are and deserve everything I know but a one parent family is hard and they are good and very helpful it's worth trying them instead of a vet !!!!!! Thank you cremtor I will be certainly using u again the service was outstandingThis is a personalised urn and I also had a scatter pot too

I can’t recommend cremtor enough. After losing my dog my head was everywhere I even put the wrong date to be engraved, Sheleita and jim went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct date engraved. I now have my baby back in her little engraved urn thanks to these guys at cremtor.

My beloved horse, Rhiannon, unexpectedly died on Sunday 24.09.23 at 10.30hrs at our Marldon stables, the day before I was due to fly abroad on holiday. Cremtor at Newton Abbot was closed, but I left a voicemail. Cremtor's Jim replied within 10 minutes, told me not to worry and everything would be taken care of immediately. By 12.45hrs he had carefully collected her, done all the paperwork for an individual cremation and for her ashes to be placed in an ash wood casket with an engraved brass nameplate. This was one of the most traumatic days of my life, but Cremtor's service went above and beyond that day. Rhiannon was 29yrs 4.5mths old and was mine from a couple of days old - I saw her the day she was born on the Greek Kykladic Island of Santorini where we used to live - so she was with me almost half of my life. Words cannot express the thanks I give to Jim and Cremtor for the care, attention and service that they gave that day. I would highly recommend Cremtor to anyone suffering the loss of a precious pet.

We lost our beloved cat in a road accident on a Saturday afternoon..we were given Cremtor,s phone Number from a neighbour.Jim the owner kindly opened up on Sunday morning to help us out. He was supportive and kind and dealt with the situation with respect...I have no problem recomending Cremtor to anyone who has lost a Pet ,,,Thanks Jim

Highly recommended. I had to have my beloved dog put down. For over ten years I’ve used Meadow Wood. However on reading their recent reviews, a lady recommended Cremtor. What a difference in cost. From making contact on Monday the 11th September to collecting my dogs ashes today 14th September it was an immense weight off my mind. Very quick and all round understanding and compassion shown. I’ll definitely use Cremtor again, because with the cost of living, the last thing you want is being overly charged for your pets in their last journey and your grief.Thank you for everything.

I had to euthanise my beloved pony earlier this year. The whole experience was made bearable by the loving presence of Sheilita who had ultimate compassion for both me and my pony as well as years of practical and experience. Such people are rare. I feel blessed that she was there for us that day.
