I cannot recommend Cars of Grimsby enough.Not only did they advise me, end to end through the claim process, they proceeded to exceeded all expectations.I accidentally caught my front wing in snow on a post, so I claimed on my protected policy for the repair. Cars of Grimsby noticed further faults with the paintwork on the vehicle. They decided 'whilst the paint was in the gun', they would not be happy with returning the car.Hence, they proceed to repair my car to an unsurpassable standard, at expense to themselves, using knowledge and trade craft.Only at this point were they happy to return the car to me.Wow, thanks guys!

Did a great job repairing a scratch that was through to undercoat. Competitively priced, good quality workmanship, friendly and great service, even down to the full valet and goodie bag. Definitely recommend.

A big shout out to the team at CARS for the excellent repair of my pickup truck after a small collision in Brighton. I suggest having their number in your phone, I don't call the insurers at an accident, I call these guys first. Great advice, insurers dealt with promptly and the repair was completed really quickly. Always nice to get a clean and new looking vehicle back too. Highly recommended!

On recommendation l called in at CARS, Mark looked around the car and accessed the damaged explaining the work required. The insurance company said to go through their approved company which l initially said yes to but l was impressed by Marks care he had shown. After speaking to my insurance company they said CARS would have to upload details and discuss there quote with the insurance engineers. I spoke to Mark and told him what the insurance company said, Mark said no problem, he would deal with it. I heard from Mark a few days later to inform my all approved and the parts were now on ordered. 2 days later got a text from insurance company's approved company to take and upload photos for them to assess the damage there weren't even going to look at it? Mark rang to say parts are in and booked my car in for the works to be completed. I have just picked my car up all repaired and looking better then when l purchased it from the main Volvo dealer. I will always use and recommend CARS of Grimsby, so much easier than dealing with insurers own people, no stress and great results. A complete professional and friendly service from start to finish an exemplar for other companies to emulate.

Very professional and friendly family run business. They Took care of all insurance work, all I had to do was just dropp off our camper and nothing else to worry about. brand new spotless courtesy car, to keep you motoring. They kept me updated through out the whole process. Very pleased. Would definitely use these guys again.

Excellent service from start to finish. I went to CARS instead of the company my insurance provided and was so pleased I did. Nothing was too much trouble and Sam and Mark were very attentive. It was a great bonus that you get regular what’s app updates from Sam on your car repairs. The service was superb and will be returning my car for a service as the service received was so good.
