Couldn’t be more impressed by the professional service. My son was in a lot of pain and couldn’t train properly. He was scanned and diagnosed and had a procedure which sorted him out completely. Thank you very much indeed. I will only be using joint care clinics form now on.

Highly recommended.My wife saw Dr Ram at his Rugby clinic a couple of weeks ago after being referred by her rheumatoid consultant for a guided injection into her ham-string. The whole experience was very comfortable and informative with a full explanation of the procedure and it’s pros and cons. Now after just two weeks the pain is so much improved as to allow her to get on with her life.

I had a fantastic experience with the ultrasound scan. Ram was incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel at ease throughout the procedure. The facility was clean and well-equipped, and the technician explained each step clearly. The images provided were clear and detailed, and the results were delivered promptly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in need of an ultrasound scan.

I had been suffering with a swollen knee and knee pain for a number of weeks which had severely impacted on my mobility. I visited Joint Care Clinics at Newcastle and met Ram. I found him to be extremely professional, courteous and friendly. He carried out a ultrasound scan on my knee and provided me with a clear diagnosis of the problem. I decided to have a cortisone injection and a gel injection which Ram carried out with great care and proficiency. I am very pleased with the results. The swelling has gone and the pain has been relieved. I would highly recommend Ram and this clinic.

I have seen Ramakrishna (Ram) twice and he has been fantastically professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgable in diagnosing my issues. Through the use of ultrasound and other tests, he identified my IT band issue and recommended paths to fix the issue, suggesting IT band stretches this time. I cannot recommend this clinic enough and I thoroughly encourage anyone with issues to make it their first port of call. 10/10

Ram was quick to make me an appointment. The ultrasound guided injection was painless and has reduced the pain and discomfort. Ram was patient and reassuring through out the appointment and I felt very comfortable and at ease. Thank you Ram

I seem to have hit an age where I am getting injuries that do not resolve, which both compromises my pursuit of long distance triathlons and can cause day to day pain. But Ram has helped me overcome my injuries. I have now had three procedures with Ram (knee, hand and shoulder), and as a doctor myself I appreciate his approach and would refer to him without hesitation. His professionalism and passion for his work is immediately apparent, and this translates into a thorough assessment of the presenting issue, and a trust that if there is something to be diagnosed he will do so, as well as offer good advice as to how then to proceed. On this, of my three consultations with Ram, he identified clearly on ultrasound a tendonitis in my hand that I had acquired from swimming, which resolved after one steroid injection (over 1 year now without recurrence); was able to reassure me that on ultrasound there was no obvious major injury to my shoulder such as a tendon tear, but offered me what was an immediately effective steroid injection to the area that he thought clinically would be most appropriate given my impingement syndrome; and similarly with my knee he did not claim to have identified anything remarkable on ultrasound, and gave advice accordingly. Though I hope not to have to need Ram’s services, it is reassuring to know that I can go to him if needed.

Ram is outstanding when it comes to customer care . After my guidedPRP knees injections, I was able to run again. This is somehow amazing. Not only was the pain gone , I found myself running further , faster. Ram is a God Send. I have recently gone back to him for a shoulder pain and that too has been miraculous been cured.Thank God I met you Ram.

Ram made me feel safe and comfortable. I watched the procedure on the screen as he injected my hip for bursitis. A week later I was totally pain free. The previous year Ram had dealt with my Morton’s Neuroma and I am still pain free from that. Ram cares about you that’s the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back when needed. I would like to whole heartedly thank Ram. I had been waiting well over 8 months with the NHS to sort out my shoulder problem, to no avail. So looked for a private consultation with Ram at the joint care clinic. After my consultation and an ultrasound which diagnosed arthritis and bursitis, I received steroid injections. I have had steroid injections in the past which I found uncomfortable, but under Ram's expert hands these were not at all painful . One very happy lady.
