The fireplace looks amazing, turned up on time, worked really hard didn't stop, would recommend 100% they had to knock all way to other room, took the old fireplace out and plastered everything back up in the back room, kept place clean and tidy.

Great choice of fireplaces and very helpful staff. Our fire and surround was fitted yesterday by two brilliant young guys. They did a fantastic job and made no mess at all. Sorry i didn't get their names, but i would highly recommend them.

The showroom in a little chaotic, but the choice of surrounds and fires is quite varied. Had mine fitted 26 January, very pleased.

We were really impressed with the huge selection of fires and surrounds on display in the showroom. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and stayed open after their usual closing time to help us make the right decision. The fitting service was fantastic, a neat and professional job. Delighted with our new fire, we would highly recommend Flames UK.

Called in at the showroom at the beginning of July. They have an enormous range to choose from over a few floors.Ordered there and then and within a few weeks the office called with a fitting date. The fitter arrived at around 9:30, he immediately placed dust sheets from the front door to the fireplace and within a couple of hours, the old power flue fire was removed and a new balanced glue fire fitted and working. He even took the old fire away. Great neat job, good handover by the engineer. Fire looks great and is simple to use. Highly recommended.

Just had a stove fitted by Flames UK. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. The lads did a fantastic job of installing the fire, the standard of the finished job is excellent, we are really pleased with it. They even took all the rubble and rubbish away, which I didn’t expect. Would definitely use this company again.J Finney

Absoloutley outstanding I would highly recommend. Perfect service from the start. They were very patient with us whilst we were trying to figure out what we wanted and no preasure at all.They have built us a false chimney breast , with electric log burner effect fire and wooden beam surround with chamber and hearth. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us to find a soloution to being unable to move a phone socket which was in the way. Every aspect of the build is great quality and im so pleased with the look of it. The guys who came to build the wall and fit the fireplace were excellent, friendly, professional quick and cleaned up after themselves.Thank you

We get multi fuel stove fully supplied and fitted in 2 day's. Guys was friendly even when my 4 years old boy want help them that was bonus for me.Wall around fireplace need redecorating, but that is not issue for me.I'm happy with service.
