Friendly, fun and really energetic classes. Kirsty is an excellent instructor, as are Lisa and Kat. Lots of classes to choose from but I particularly rate Energy Cycle!

I cannot recommend Kirsty and her team at The Energy Effect enough! Such a fabulous place to go and keep fit. Kirsty, Lisa, Kat and Kirsty B are all amazing and make the classes so much fun, all the members are so friendly and supportive, you feel like a little family! Such a big selection of classes to mix the week up and feel like you are doing something different. Kirsty is always so smiley and full of energy and definitely makes the studio a special place to be a part of!

Excellent variety of classes, high energy and lots of fun! Very friendly and welcoming. Parking is free but limited spaces. All shapes and sizes welcome. Good price for what you get.
