Used toolstop on a number of occasions.the online store is easy to use and after sales is great and very helpful too .(should have been a 5 star to start with)

Ordered a demolition hammer and some points/chisels for a super price. Was a delay on delivery due to courier issues but no fault of toolstop. Called to see what was going on and received top class service. On my doorstep the following day. Will definitely use them again

Appalling delivery arrangement through APC. Popped out for a few minutes only to get a note saying that they had missed me and that I could collect from a depot 20 miles away, or telephone for a redelivery. Said to call Tendring Express but left no telephone number. Why??I had to go online to get it then waited and waited for them to answer.A recorded message stated that their staff would not take abuse from customers. Oh great!!Eventually got through only to be told it could be any time next day but could not say when and that they would not leave anything behind without a signature and could not leave it with a neighbour.Eventually calked Toolstop to complain. Have left it in their hands.Still waiting for my plane.UPDATE. Toolstop sorted this out and the plane was delivered 48 hours later. Also, happy with my purchase. I have upped my star rating from 1 to 3.

Ordered mid morning and delivered early evening next day. They have the best prices for genuine Dewalt gear in the UK, always in stock and offer Klarna finance, which I’ve used to get two tools that I wouldn’t have normally been able to afford in one hit! Highly recommend

Product and service fine but be aware you will be plagued with promotional emails every day thereafter if you purchase from them.They acknowledge their daily screen shots have annoyance and nuisance value for many customers most of whom have better things to do than keep deleting them day after day. IF you need the same branded products and good service without this irritating after sales persistence bear in mind there are many other similar companies that have more consideration for customers than this one

Ordered a permaflex marshalltown trowel, delivered by dpd packaging was poor to be honest and no surprise, the blade was bent! Quick phonecall to the store and they replaced it the same day. Great service.

Great Online Buying Experience from Start to FinishBefore buying two Stanley 1-97-517 FatMax Shallow Pro Organisers from Toolstop I wanted to check if these had metal latches (as described on Toolstop's website) as newer models only have plastic latches.To check this, I sent an email to their customer services at 11:36 pm on Thu 28/09/2023. I received a reply at 8:13 am on Fri 29th that confirmed the latches were metal and they had the items in stock - great comms and the right info on their website.So, I placed my order at lunchtime on the Friday and DPD delivered it at 11:15 am on SATURDAY 30th! Outstanding service from a company that clearly cares about their customers.The only thing I haven’t mentioned is the product and price… The FatMax Shallow organiser is very difficult to find (especially with metal catches) as the deep version of this organiser seems more popular with tradespeople. Yet, I found it easily when looking for this item on Google so good website SEO. And, when I could find this organiser on other supplier’s websites, Toolstop had by far the better price and delivery options.As I said at the beginning… a great online buying experience from start to finish and I will not hesitate to use or recommend Toolstop in the future.
