Food was decent and the service was friendly and quick but the bucket to catch the water drips hopefully isn't a permanent fixture. There were a charming family sat near us talking about being arrested, their various crimes, having their van impounded and how many times they've been to prison like a game of top trumps but it was mostly all good.

Ate here yesterday, Saturday 14th August and the food was perfect. Whoever was in the kitchen that day thank you because the food was thoroughly enjoyed by myself and my partner, not one fault. Best wings I've ever had, everything perfectly cooked and not dry at all!! Will be back 100%.

Went for a spontaneous date night here, we were seen to quickly, our lovely young server Libby was very helpful and friendly. Their new refurb looks wonderful and has a really light, cosy atmosphere

Lovely new decor. But waited over 50 minutes for food..which wasn't very hot and not very good quality. No cutlery given. Service and food have sadly gone down hill even though the revamp makes it look lovely.Very disappointed.

While they have obviously made an attempt to upgrade the decor it’s a shame they have downgraded the food. The menu is significantly reduced and most of the drinks are unavailable including the drinks that we ordered and the app advertised as available. In respect to the food this was terrible I had an inedible salad and no one asked if we enjoyed our food or acknowledged us other than to bring items to the table or advise that items were not available. Went home and got a sandwich- we won’t be going back

Definitely great place to eat staff are always friendly food was spectacular will be sharing round now the place is reopened and done up again well done to all the staff working hard to get food and drinks out as quick as they could

They have done a great job with the refurb! It looks amazing! Staff are always friendly and the food is so much better now and the mushroom chilli was delicious! My only disappointment is that they no longer open for breakfast. The breakfasts were really good and great value too. My family and I would have breakfast there most weekends. Hopefully they may bring these back in the future :(

Was excited to try it out considering it’s been redone. However it was terrible. Ordered a beyond meat burger the vegetarian option which comes with onion rings. No onion rings came I talked to the guy about it he said I ordered the vegan one which I didn’t. Then told me I would have to pay for the onion rings extra…. So didn’t even give me what I should’ve got and was trying to make me pay more. Burger was dry and didn’t come with any mayo like it said it did. Honestly just bad the only difference about this place is that it’s got new decor.

Sat down placed our order for food and drinks on the app. Took 10 minutes for drinks to arrive which is ok.Then waited almost an hour for food.We ordered 2 bacon and cheese burgers and a toddlers sausage and gravy.The young lady that served us was polite and professional, seemed like the only one serving.We were missing garlic bread and my sons gravy the young lady retrieved them for us and apologisedThe food was horrible had to cut the skin off the sausages so my son could eat.The burgers were way overcooked so dry and I had pull pork in mine and it tasted of nothing just wet meat on top of overcooked burger, chips were only a handful and the onion rings wasn't cooked enough. Was a waste of £40 will not be coming back.We haven't eaten all day and was in a rush due to the long wait or we would of sent it back also didn't want to wait another hour for food.Credit to the young lady that served us.

Very young staff who seemed to lack much experience in working within such an environment.Our booking when phoned through was noted on a scrap of paper and when the staff member was asked about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and said uh?".The menu is of the usual easy to cook and quickly to serve standard. The food did get served quickly however it looked better than it really tasted.Will I eat there again? No. . There are other establishments within easy walking of The Old Farmhouse which off far superior catering and service.It's a shame Greene King
