I always come out of HOBs feeling great. Laurence always does me a great root colour and highlights and David always does me a great cut or trim and blow dry. They are both very skilled whilst being respectful and friendly - even when they are run off their feet. Also, the young man who washes hair will be missed when he qualifies in January…..he does a hair wash and a half!….. This is a very busy salon and a bit like Piccadilly Circus, but It’s got to be the best salon in the area.

I absolutely love this salon! Sian is a brilliant hair colourist who brings out the best in my hair, Debbie is a genius stylist who knows exactly what will suit me, and Adam is super knowledgable about what products to try and how best to use them. And on top off all that, it's a warm, welcoming and very happy place to spend a few hours! I always get compliments on my hair after I've had an appointment here. I think I've finally found my forever salon!

Have been seeing Laura for cut and colour and she was great. However salon changed my appointment a couple times due to Laura's absence not an issue except for Adam's patronising tone!! Have ultimately decided not to return. If you are changing an appointment at least have the manners to not speak to your clients like they are stupid. Will not be returning which is a real shame.

First time visiting the Whetstone salon after the High Barnet salon closed down permanently last year, I decided to see Laura shes a total professional and has a lovely graceful approach to her work- she fixed my months of neglected hair into a lovely bright blonde wiith a superb cut and finish! The salon itself was clean and the atmosphere was great, Highly recommend!

Not great hospitality, even changed my time to my appointment so I had to wait 45min.A drink during my wait would be great.Unfortunately my hair wasn't the same at all on the picture.Felt rushed when it came to my appointment then was forgotten when the dye was in my hair, leaving me with different colour.I kindly would like my colour corrected on them....But I will wait on a reply

Laura is simply a genius! For the first time ever, I have had a sassy sexy cut that is quite amazing. Laura listens, advises and uses extreme professionalism and flair. I cannot recommend highly enough and have found the perfect hairdresser after 20 yrs of living locally. Cannot wait to return for colouring. Thank you HOB of Whetstone. I am absolutely delighted.
