I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store yesterday and today while ordering on phone.. He was rude on phone and showed no respect for customers. It made me extremely uncomfortable. Even though it was his fault at the end instead of apologizing, he is asking me to order food from somewhere else . 1 Star ⭐

Trusted the 5 star hygiene rating and generally good reviewsbut will never order again. Pizza arrived at the time takeawaywas closing, as soon as I opened I noticed a black thick wireyhair cooked into cheese, took a picture before throwing in thebin as it completely put me off. Contacted restaurant the nextday when they opened to be refused a refund and theywanted me to travel to the takeaway to show them the pizzathat was bought nearly 24 hours ago and was clearly put in thebin as it made me feel sick. Wasn't bothered about photoevidence. Not good customer service or hygiene clearly.Definitely stay away from here.

Orded chips cheese and beans ants running around when opened it soon as left shop and black soft wormy things in it too walk straight back in shop showed him and he tried to say it was the cheese the blacks soft wormy bits and was very rude to me telling me not to order again !! Don't worrie was ordering again anyways !!! Avoid the takeaway not good at all

We ordered he 2 days ago it was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted a takeaway so we chosen uk pizza…It was absolutely disgusting I ordered a kebab on a nann bread it was NOT a nann bread it was a tortilla wrap and it was so hard it kept breaking up into pieces…The chicken didn’t taste like chicken at all it was rubbery and dry… the donner kebab meat wasn’t dry but tasteless & also rubbery & I ordered large kebabs & they was so small and they wasn’t cheap… I ordered large fries & it wasn’t large at all & the container was only half full…UK PIZZA you can keep your food because you will NEVER have any of my money again…ABSOLUTELY DISTGUTING…

Not usually one to post reviews and I haven’t even ever ordered from this takeaway. However have ordered at the Chinese next door. When collecting my food from the Chinese next door, and literally just waiting for my change, a staff member who I can only presume was the owner came into the Chinese shouting at me to move my car as his delivery driver couldn’t get out. I politely said I’m just putting my change in my purse and then I’ll be out. To where he abruptly told me it needs moving now, I told him I’d be one second and he stormed off muttering under his breath. After this experience and not even tasting the food I wouldn’t order from them. It’s a shame that the member of staff who approached me wasn’t polite as this would’ve been a whole different experience. I will now be staying clear of this takeaway. Politeness goes a long way!

We order from here regularly normally delivery but today I popped in to collect and the guy that served me was so rude! Never in all my time have I been spoken to like he did me!! I wont be ordering ever again from here not after tonight!!!! You seriously need get a grip of customer service and how you treat people paying your wages!!!! I will be posting this review in other places!!

Having read the previous reviews I see everyone is having the same experience. The new manager is horrible, and unprofessional. This place has gone down the drain. Soggy chips, and undercooked grey doner meat YUK.
