Mike is brilliant to work with - an experienced architect and very generous with his time throughout a project. He designed and completed drawings for a ground floor extension which resulted in planning permission granted first time, and also handled all the building control and the engineer calculations required. Amazing service from Mike at MEGAPLAN! the drawings were done perfectly and quickly.Good communication from the get go. Questions were answered straight away. Usually I am the one doing the chasing but in this instance I was constantly reminded of what needed to be done and when we needed to do things with a site visit at no extra cost.
