I like shopping with EthnicMix, their products are bigger in sizes than the supermarkets and prices are reasonable. My only issue is communication between the time you place your order to delivery time, there is no communication. Secondly, their delivery charge is far too expensive compared to orders I placed from Cornwall, ( meatsupermarket ) and Bradley's ( fish ) from Middlesex. They need to find the best delivery charge" for their customers otherwise it will deter people from patronising them. Apart from the above issue

I ordered online. I got items delivered except one item. It was clearly written that item was missing on the packing list. I have called them and contacted via email for a refund or just to ask if the item is going to be sent but no reply. It has been very difficult to get hold of them. Phone just rings no one answers. I'm not going to be ordering from them again due to this reason.
