Jamie and his team treated my family and late father with the utmost respect and dignity, and arranged the most perfect funeral for my Dad. Jack led the funeral day itself and he was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, no matter what time or day we wanted to visit the chapel, Jamie even help us with plaster of Paris hand casts as keepsakes for myself and my children. Thank you Jamie. You made an unbearable time of our lives bearable.

He was just the most caring compassionate person that dealt with my mum funeral in the most incredible way and made such a sad experience a truly memorable one .
