Hot tub house Yorkshire

Craig came the day he promised and a few hours later the tub was in and working.Due to it's insulation the tub keeps it's heat when not in use, costing only pence to keep it at about 37 degrees.What was unexpected was that the jets also have a low setting.. the blow up spa we had before was ‘all or nothing’ so was usually set to nothing.. having a low setting is perfect.Also unexpected is how often if gets used, it’s a nice place to chill and chat where mobile phones and games consoles can’t reach.As per the picture, for about £500 I knocked together a 'cabin' to house the pool, which will allow it to be used all year round.All in all expectations have been well met and exceeded..

From my showroom visit, to installation, to after care, I have been more than impressed. Craig was very knowledgable and helpful throughout. The Friendly and helpful installation team provided great advice for maintaining the tub. If you are currently sat there debating whether to buy something cheap from internet, think again! Do it once, do it properly with the experts and reassurance of after care. Many thanks to all and I wish you well going forward.

I was a little nervous about choosing the right hot tub, spa and supplier for our project. From the very first enquiry Craig has looked after us and we are delighted with the final product. Along the way there were a number of challenges to overcome with the site where we were putting the hot tub and spa but every issue was dealt with professionally, the work team were a great bunch of guys and I couldn't recommend Craig and the team more if you are looking for a hot tub or spa. After quite a bit of market research on hot tubs I decided to go for the Wellis brand for their reliability and specification. I headed over to Hot Tub House Yorkshire to view and for some advice, after already viewing some other showrooms in the area I was taken aback by their knowledge and impartial advice I was given and NOT pushy sales jargon like I received elsewhere. From here to install the whole team were fantastic and provided me with all the information I needed to enjoy the tub and manage the chemicals which after following their advise has been an easy process from day one. The tub has been in for 3 weeks now and the whole family love it. It wasnt a straight forward install due to the location and had to be craned over the house,I was a bit nervous about this this however if was easy to see that the team at Hot Tub House were not phased at all and had in place in no time to finish off our garden renovation. A big thanks to Hot Tub House, if you are looking for a Hot Tub then this is the place to look !!

Thanks for a great experience. We found a hot tub locally but this company was so much better on price and the service level was also great. When the tub was delivered there was a problem with our fence but the delivery guys were brillant and helped us solve the access issue. Everything else was plain sailing and the hot tub is awesome.

Having visited several Hot Tub dealers within the West Yorkshire area, Hot tub house really stood out to us...We found that the Wellis products stood out as being better quality, better looking, better features and better warranty than all the other branded products we looked at.Craig and his team are incredibly knowledgable and friendly, you want to buy from people you like, especially when it is a high value item like a hot tub. We never felt pressured to buy from them and they even provided us great advice regardless of where we might end up buying out hot tub from. I know they are at the end of the phone if I ever have any queries.The delivery and installation was also top quality and Jason and his team were very accommodating, making sure the tub was exactly where we wanted and even swapped panels round so the illuminated logo was facing the front.We have only had the tub a few days and already the whole family are enjoying it (at least once or twice a day!).We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Hot tub house or the Wellis brand!

I would highly recommend buying a Hot Tub from here. From the very first contact to the day of installation, they have been a pleasure to deal with. Craig, the owner, managed to secure a tub for us from his supplier even though he’d sold all of his, and within 2 weeks of contacting them, we had our hot tub installed. Day of installation was a breeze, letting me know exactly when they would be on site, Tub positioned and connected, then a full explanation of the chemicals and how to maintain the tub, and then just wait for the water to heat up and away you go! And then as a sign of quality customer service, a follow up text this Bank holiday weekend reminding us what the dip test correct balance should look like. Quality.
