AMAZING SERVICE AS ALWAYS, regarding general maintenance and MOT'S, BUT TODAY HAD A TWIST! A panel under my car fell off while driving which I managed to pickup & take to the garage at 08.20am. At 10.36am I had a call to say my Citroen C1 was ready to collect having fitted the panel & there was no charge! Plus the Mechanic who looked after me was very understanding & kind as l was in a bit of a flap! THANK YOU ALL at Halfords Autocentre Broadbridge Heath for such amazing ongoing service!

Visited Halfords today to get my wipers changed. There was a bit of trouble getting my bonnet shut and Ella and Dan did a marvellous job sorting it out! Thank you both!! Will definitely go to Halfords now for my MOT knowing that they hire knowledgeable people who go the extra mile!

Wouldn't recommend for immigrants. Gone there for purchasing car battery and made us wait by the guy at reception for no reason and started serving people that came after us. Felt like racist. But had excellent experience by the mechanic that helped us change battery.

Picked up some cycle parts that I ordered online, all very efficient. Spoke with someone in the cycle department about loose wheel bearings and was told that they only sell caged bearings. He went out the back and found some loose ones and gave them to me. This is great customer service, not just about taking your money.Thank you

Kids Bikes made as requested however the customer service recieved was very poor. Whilst waiting at the bike click and collect for almost 30 mins no member of staff had the decently to acknowledge us and ask if they could help. When my partner went over to the main till to pay for some other items the woman was very rude and not at all helpful. As soon as another customer came into the shop wheeling his bike in and pushing in front of me and a member of staff looking into their needs before mine. Will be making a formal complaint on how we were treated as there is excuse for rudeness.Very poor and dissapointed.

The most helpful retail outlet I have been to for yearsThe staff here were excellent! I ordered a bike for a child's birthday, it was damaged so I received great instant communication to update me on the issue.They quickly found a solution where they drove to another store to collect a new one, assembled it for me and the birthday present was not ruined.Thank you for your swift problem solving and great customer service

Giving 4 stars as the items packed were NOT what was ordered. Judy on the other hand, is a lovely member of staff and so helpful. She rectified the issue in seconds. Godsend to the branch

Poor customer service. I had a 9am appointment to collect a bike, when I arrived at the bike section there was 1 person working and he was serving someone else which i have no issue with, however there was no acknowledgement whatsoever, no attempt to say that he would be with me shortly and when he did eventually serve me 18 minutes later there was no apology for the wait. These are basic customer service skills having worked in retail for nearly 20 years myself. It is also worth mentioning that there was also various other staff in the store, none of which took it upon themselves to approach me or ask if I needed any help. What is the point in having a timed appointment system?
