Had a lovely night. The room was brilliant size for one night. One problem is shower I was running it and the temperature was not rising. Great atmosphere with the staff and other customers. I would give you 5 stars if the shower worked correctly. Thank you for a good sleep.

Stayed here for the full weekend in room 2- not the best. Room was small, shower wasn't running hot water which resulted in not being able to use it as it was so cold. There was a yellow stain on toilet seat no idea what it was but wasn't coming off. The covers on the bed were all stained. The TV that was in the room didn't even work. Other guests that were in hotel were making such noise particularly on Saturday night shouting, banging, knocking loudly into early hours of the morning. Won't be returning.

Great guest house. Fantastic hosts and very welcoming. Brilliant location with short walking distance to main town and piers. The rooms are lovely and well kept. Breakfast in the morning is served with a smile! We will be back!!

A snap decision whilst travelling home from Alton Towers, easily booked and found. On arrival parking is always an issue but I was pointed in the right direction by the owner. Paul was very helpful and showed us to our room. Our room was really clean tidy and well stocked. We had a good day in Blackpool. Then came back to a cosy room. Breakfast was lovely too, home cooked just as we like it. Well guys don't change anything you have it right. The best by far we have stayed in, in Blackpool. 10/10

It's not the best hotel in the world, but it is incredibly good considering the price. There were a couple of minor issues, such a temperature in the hotel being quite hot, so had to keep the window open, and the shower was super particular when trying to find the right temperature. But these were very minor conveniences in the grand scheme of things. The room was nice and clean, and had a lot more space than some of the small hotel rooms I've been in. Great value, great room, great price

I am sure the place is nice but I made a search for London rooms and this showed up. They didn't disclose the original address until I made payment and behold!... The property was 5 hours (and 350 GBP away from London). After making a complain, they informed me that it's a non refundable booking. I have never seen such misplaced advertising and duping scheme EVER. How is Blackpool in London???

Me and my partner had a weekend stay just gone. Fantasic owner made us feel really welcome. The room was spotless and the breakfast was fab also a great location! Walking distance to all you need. We will be staying again.

Terrible stay! The room number 4 we was in was so unsecure the door lock was hanging off the wall. Room number 12 my inlaws stayed in was like a sauna no air in there at all & the shower was un useable.. Not to add the kitchen downstairs WAS VILE absolutely disgusting surprised if there isn't RATS living in there .. AND there was also mould in room number 4 in the bathroom!!terrible stay! The whole place needs SERIOUS renovation or closed down.. not worth £50 a night

Unmanned hotel. Dirty room when arrived. People doing illegal substances in the toilets & it's shared bathrooms. People running up & down the stairs & in & out of each others rooms till after 5am. No staff or customer service would take ages to reply on what's app. No refund ordered even though we didn't sleep & were seperated & scared. Relocated cos their alumhurst had flooded. Keys left in basket to check out which anyone can take & say u didn't leave. Wouldn't stay again if I was paid to. Staff ignore requests for help & refunds.
