Really professional and friendly, good quality service and finish all round - good value too. Sophian managed the project very well throughout, and Lawrence did most of the building work - both guys were excellent in every way. We've got other projects lined up and will use this company again.

Being new to the area, I had been struggling to find a good builder to complete some structural work on my house, but was eventually put in touch with Sophian and the guys at Designed to Build. I was immediately impressed by their professionalism, and eagerness to take on the work, despite an already busy schedule. Sophian was helpful and straight forward with his contact, and Lawrence the builder was a pleasure to have around, and completed the work to very high standard - even working a Saturday morning to finish off. The works were completed exactly as discussed and on time. Would highly recommend Designed to Build.

I researched builders thoroughly across Sheffield, and Designed to Build came up top on a number of fronts: speed of replies, professionalism, reliability, reputation, relations with structural engineers, pricing. I was pleased then, having booked them, that they delivered on all accounts. I hope this company continues to thrive as I thought they were great. They reinforced our chimney superbly, ripped out a built-in desk for free, and brought the price of the chimney alteration down when they completed it quicker than they thought they would.

We recently hired Designed to Build to complete our downstairs open plan conversion and removal of chimney breast. From the first day of enquiry they were keen to take on the job, showed up when they said they would, gave solid advice and took proper interest in our vision for the space. The work was carried out quickly and with as little disruption and mess as possible. Every single member of the team was absolutely professional throughout, worked hard, and we felt at ease knowing they would do a great job for us. Company Directors Sophian and Zubair were onsite daily making sure everything was running smoothly which was a great touch and were always keeping us in the loop of any progress or changes needed, and always available for any questions. Top class family run business, great set of guys who clearly care about their customers, very fair cost, and most importantly work carried out to a high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Very happy with the service. They did exactly what they said they would do. My new featured walls look fantastic and the decorating around the house was spot on. I have already booked them in for next week to lay flooring for me. Couldn't off asked for a better service start to finish.

Very happy with the works provided by Designed to Build on the construction of my extension. They were very professional and completed the works quickly with no issues. They helped me liaise with a structural engineer and a architect to produce drawings and steel beam calculations. I would definitely recommend for your building needs.

False chimney breast removed. Very pleased with the work carried out. Unexpected issues resolved quickly and professionally, good standard of work, all rubbish removed and room left extremely clean.

Wonderful customer service.The team was very efficient and straight to the point. After extensive research and quotations from other services around Sheffield, Desiged to Build gave the best quote given by far.I had rear extension constructed along with a new fitted kitchen. They also took down two walls and installed steel beams and also helped with the structural calculation.Enjoyed working with the team, they were easy to approach and were contactable whenever I needed them.

Great team who installed some tricky beams & lintels for me for a new open plan kitchen / diner. Can tell the team really cared about doing a great job.Will use again in future for bigger projects.
