CAM BELT REPLACED - Just had a cam belt and water pump kit change on my Skoda Octavia - great customer and excellent service from Steve and his colleague with work done as described and on time at a great price using genuine VW replacement parts even showing me the parts box and removed parts after work completed which is most reassuring. Impressively smart, clean and well organised workshop. Very pleased with the work and car left exceptionally clean with service book updated with accurate description of work carried out. Will be returning for future work and would highly recommend this very professional garage service - many thanks Steve.

Cambelt and water pump changed on our old Golf PD130. Work completed promptly and at a reasonable price too. It was good to see the box of parts replaced when I collected the car - very reassuring to see. Very happy to recommend.

This was the 1st Time I have taken my car to Hines Auto Services. I had the timing belt/water pump replaced on my VW Tiguan. I was very impressed with their professionalism and competitive price. Needed new break pads, disks and a cam belt change for my Octavia. I got 5 or 6 quotes and Hines were very competitive. I recieved regular updates on the progress of the work which was ultimately completed on time and to quoted cost. Steve was polite, knowledgeable and showed me the parts that he had replaced on my car. I was also offered a courtesy car whilst the work was completed. I shall definitely use Hines in future and highly recommend them.

For some time now I have used Hines in preference to my local main dealer. This year in addition to the annual service my Golf needed brake discs and pads and a new cam belt. As ever all the work was completed in time and on budget with the customary professionalism and politeness I have always experienced at Hines. I can thoroughly recommend the services provided by Steve and John and would not take my car anywhere else. Well done guys!
