PDC Chartered Surveyors & Property Consultants

I have had 2 full property surveys done by PDC Chartered Surveyors and they have been very responsive and accommodating each time. The surveys and reports were very detailed with plenty of photos of the defects and issues of concern. Well worth the cost. I highly recommend this company to anyone buying or selling property.

PDC were great to deal with. they fitted us in and had our survey completed in super quick time. The survey helped us feel confident in completing the purchase of our new home.

We had Paddy out conducting a survey of the house we were selling on behalf of our buyers and found him to be very professional and polite as he went through our property in detail for them. We also engaged his services to survey a house we were due to purchase. The communication from Martina and Paddy was excellent, the report was delivered on time / when they said it would be and provided good insight into the house, picking up a lot that we would never have noticed. In the end we didn’t proceed with the purchase (not entirely due to the report) but would have no hesitation in recommending PDC to anyone needing a survey.

We had paddy perform a survey on a property we were buying. He was absolutely great, very thorough and would highly recommend.On the Admin side we had Martina, she was great with getting everything arrange for us.During the arranging process there were unforeseen issues with flight cancellations which potentially impacted the work being carried out for the property. Although the unforeseen issue had a personal impact on Martina she remained extremely professional and very accommodating.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this kinda of work!

Paddy carried out a very thorough survey for me on a property I was considering purchasing. He opened my eyes to a number of issues that I hadn't previously noticed. He was extremely knowledgable and helped further my own understanding on a range of things when buying an investment property. Many thanks to him and Martina for their professionalism and flexibility.

After calling several chartered surveyors we found most had no short term availability.We then found Martina at PDC who was extremely friendly and accommodating to our urgent schedule. Payment options were very flexible.They work weekends and organize access to the property via the sellers agent with good communication throughout the process. They provided a professional and thorough survey report in expedited timeframe for a reasonable cost.I would recommend PDC surveyors to friends.

Martina and Paddy were very responsive from initial contact. They slotted a survey in that week through their fast track option, which helped as I had previously been let down twice by a surveyor. The site visit was straightforward and Paddy was very helpful talking through items within the house that may need fixed once I arrived on-site. This gave me a better picture on the extent of improvement required and what not to worry about. The final report was through a few days later and because it was clear and concise it helped paint a better picture overall without any unnecessary “waffle”. They also allocate cost estimates within the report which is quite helpful. PDC Chartered Surveyors were very good and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Very thorough. I'm a first time buyer, so it was great to have paddy and Martina explain things to me and help me understand what was going on. Also they took care to be as quick as possible in delivering the survey and its results

I am truly grateful for Martina’s and Patrick’s services. Martina took our call and arranged to have our survey done promptly! Paddy was both professional and friendly. He met us at the property and took time to walk with us in and around the property pointing out what needed to be done/ improved on, etc.. He was very informative and very patient with us and answered all our questions. I must say he was truly a great teacher as well!I received the full report with corresponding costs as well as photographs which was very helpful. Moving forward, I will not buy a house without getting Paddy to do my Home buyers survey as his reports are extensive and a wealth of information about the property.I highly recommend Martina’s and Paddy’s services to anyone wanting to buy a property!
