Darren is a credit to his profession. A genuinely nice guy delivering an exceptional service! Right from the start he was punctual, respectful, friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable. He was really transparent & honest about what he thought the problem might be and his approach to resolving it. Our boiler was demonstrating some erratic behaviour so not your run of the mill issue but Darren soon had it sorted and working happily. The next time I have a boiler issue, need a service or anything gas related I'd have no reservation about using him again, quite simply I can't recommend him highly enough.

I recently noticed my heating was out of sort when it came to timing and temperature.What was more alarming was my bills were getting higher!So, I asked Darren if he could fit a boiler service in for me. Within a week he had slotted me in and arrived thirty minutes early!His professionalism was outstanding. The work was carried out in a timely manner, and my home left tidy.Darren took the time to explain what he had done and showed photos of my boiler to help me understand. He went on to explain functions of my boiler, reprogrammed my thermostat and what the numbers meant on my radiators.My home is warm again and it is not costing me an arm and a leg!I would wholeheartedly recommend Darren for anything boiler related.

I have used Darren on a number of properties going back 5 years and he has always done a great job. Darren fitted our new boiler while we were away on Holiday. We chose Darren after he had been recommended to us by another plumber. We didn’t regret our choice. He was better informed about the boiler we had chosen than I could possible have hope for and helped us every step of the way. He left our house spotless and sent me a video update everyday to show us what he had done. Truly 5 star service in every sense of the word. Cannot recommend Darren any more highly, if I could have given him 6 stars I would have done!

Darren came out to service my CH boiler. Excellent communication throughout, including email and text reminders the day before, and on the day Darren let me know he was running a little late. Very tidy worker - would highly recommend.
