Stoke Minster - A Church Near You | Christian worship has taken place here since Saxon times and continues to draw pilgrims today on the Two Saints Way. Dedicated to St Peter ad Vincula (St Peter in Chains), Stoke Minster is the civic church for the City of Stoke-on-Trent and reflects the rich history of the Potteries. You’re welcome to join us – our main Sunday service takes place at 10.30 am.

Nice square with cemetry and the two hundred year old stoke minister sitting proudly in the middle. Lots of lovely trees surround the church. Easy to find with pedestrian signs to follow.

Excellent service conducted by the Reverend Geoff Eze. The Church is in need of some tender loving care in the form of renovation, particularly painting and maybe roofing.

Great place to walk the dog just beware of the drug users who occasionally use the place as there shooting gallery seen them half dead with trousers around the ankles with a syringe sticking out of there groin but this is a rare sight and usually they just ignore people and try to hide what they are doing but a really nice area for walking and looking at the grave stones and the dates and age of death pleasant in spring summer
