Beautique Hair and Beauty Bar

i had my nails done here and was left with cuts on my hands, one has snapped after just a day (i’ve been at home doing nothing so not like wear and tear) the atmosphere was nice but i didn’t appreciate leaving a nail place bleeding.

I have been coming to Beautique for several years now every 5 weeks. Occasionally I love to change my style so I value their advice when I think I am making good choices and they were amazing when my son had a disastrous haircut at a barbours and he now also comes here. The salon is always clean and tidy and the staff very friendly so would highly recommend.

Will always recommend Beautique to anyone who is looking for a hair or beauty treatment. Incredible rates and always an amazing service. The staff are so polite and chatty and really make you feel at ease. They always go above and beyond for their customers and will always try to squeeze you in at your earliest convenience if they can. Over the years I’ve had a balayage done here and my brown actually managed to go blonde - which other salons have never been able to do without it going ginger. I have also had my extensions done here and acrylic nails and nail art. All services have been done well and have lasted a long time. I won’t go anywhere else now!

I arrived at the salon for a 9:30 appointment and stood around for 10 minutes waiting for the salon to open. I gave up and went onto somewhere else. I then received a message at 9:45 asking where I was. I went back to the salon and didn't receive any apology for them opening late. I also heard another lady complaining that her hairdresser was running late too.Unfortunately my lashes started to fall out very quickly within a day or two. I've been having lashes done for years and have never had them fall out as quick as this so I was quite disappointed especially as I went for russians this time. They looked a bit messy too.The salon itself was nice and clean so no complaints there.

I have been using the salon for years for my hair, nails and lashes. All the staff are lovely and brilliant at what they do, they all go above and beyond!! My entire family use the salon now. Due to illness, my hair and nails fell out last year and this was no problem for the staff to work around, they found solutions to my problems and put me at ease. The salon is very friendly, with all the staff treating you like friends as well as valued customers. Highly recommend!!

Opened the salon early for me so I could have my hair and lashes done before my holiday. How many salons would do this! Awesome customer service. Thank you

Absolutely amazing. Good costumer service, very welcoming, i messed up a lil my hair and I was rescued even the ladies being extremely busy because its christmas time, forever grateful. Will definitely come back!

In the past I have often found salons intimidating but not at Beautique, they are all so welcoming and it really is a relaxed, warm friendly environment. I feel that they actually listen to what I am asking for and Gabriella suggested straightening options for my hair which has been a game changer! I had a small issue where the product was affecting the colour (not the fault of the salon, just how my hair reacted) and we chatted about options and tried something else, I was even encouraged to pop in so she could see for herself how it was looking. I cannot rate the salon and all the staff highly enough and I’ve gone from hating going to salons to really looking forward to my appointments. Sometimes I’m even lucky enough to get to say hello to this little one...best salon ever!
