Seemingly dead MacBook restored to life within 1 working day. Graham could not have been more helpful when I took it in and, as promised, he phoned me as soon as the job was done. Highly recommended, very reasonable price.

My laptop suddenly locked and switched to a temporary profile meaning I couldn’t access my files. Like many people I attempted to fix this myself under the guidance of You Tube so called experts. I made the problem worse as I deleted the original folders and renamed the backup under this guidance. At this point I knew I needed an expert to intervene. Graham was so helpful, in the space of a few hours he had somehow managed to retrieve my files and replace the damaged hard drive. He saved the day! I had my college coursework on there which I hadn’t backed up. Graham said I was lucky he was able to retrieve everything as I had made the problem worse by deleting the original file, phew! Never again will I do anything I don’t understand myself, leave it to the experts and Graham is certainly one! Highly recommended for expertise and value, I would give ten stars if I could!

Brilliant service and aftercare. I couldn’t get into my 10 year old + laptop, within 48 hours they had fixed the problem, updated it and made it as good as new. The guy in there explained, in simple terms, all about the problem and what I needed to do. He’d saved all my files and on a return visit, as I was a bit confused with the new layout, he very patiently explained everything to me. I was so grateful, he certainly went the extra mile to help me. Thank you! I would definitely recommend them.

Apparently games don't come with their cases anymore ??? The lady took the games out their cases and told me that the cases are expensive so they would be more..pure madness... pricing is way off the market here. Few games I liked but on a quick search cex was much cheaper..
