Fantastic historical site. Amazing feeling as a Scot to be at the site. Plenty of information boards with illustrations. Short walk to top (5 minutes), medium grade in difficulty maybe (walking poles recommended), very well signposted. Adequate and nice free parking, can get busy easily (worth checking on here). I would suggest bringing a warm hat and windbreaker to the top, as it can be sunny and warm with very light breeze at ground level, but very blustery and cold whilst on top.

Stunning iron age hill fort, well worth a visit. 10 minute climb to the top, sensible shoes advised. Well signposted, car park available at the bottom and plenty of signs with further information. Sweet little sheep living at the top of the fort, so keep dogs on a tight lead (although this is well signposted). A must see if you're in the area!

A nice pleasant short walk up a wee hill to see all around views while learning about fort dunadd. There is sheep on the hill if you are walking your dog, so best to keep dog in lead. The car park is a decent size but if it is full there is no where else to park.

What a view from the top! Now I'm 67 & when I stood at the bottom & looked up I thought, no chance! But It was worth the climb. Some parts are a bit rocky but if you take your time you will get there. A place where ancient Kings were crowned. Place your foot in the footprint of the ancient Kings. There's a car park but no toilet facilities.

A great vantage point with views across the whole Glen. The place of the ancient Kings of the Scotts.

One of the best forts I’ve been to, actually something to see. Has some spectacular panoramic views from the top, and a great information boards for you to read. The climb to the top is nice, but can be a bit challenging in slippery conditions or for those who struggle with mobility. Would highly recommend, if not just to see if you could become the king or queen of Scotland.

Beautiful! Highly recommend, is a very manageable climb and not too long so suitable for older children. Great views, although we were lucky with good weather, and even saw a full rainbow at the top!

Amazing historical sight. Short walk up to the top of the fort and we were lucky enough to see the sheep grazing up top. We arrived quote late (5pmish) and were the only ones up there.
