Order arrival time kept being delayed by 5-10 mins at a time on the McDeluvery app. Ordered at 1130, initial delivery time 1200. Final est delivery time was 1304 hours. Order cancelled. AVOID. Shocking service.

Listed as a drive through (which it isn't) this McDonald's is an afterthought in an Asda. Weirdest dining area I've ever seen. You'd think you were where the tills used it be.Staff pretty hopeless, but the guy cleaning the tables was polite.

Horrible experience. Not once but twice. Once with takeaway 1 item was missing and yestrday with Uber eats delivery 2 items were missing. And when I call the Mc Donalds castle point manager, its feels like he don't care. That kind of attitude.

Ordered online today. Big cheesy with bacon .was tasty.chips stone cold.Coffee.almost cold.dissapointing..not sure will order again.Took an hour for delivery.

Who doesn't like McDonald's, unfortunately wherever you go the experience is the same. It's designed that way, a burger in Hong Kong tastes exactly the same as a burger in Huddersfield, it's a place where you can rely on everything being the same. Just enjoy it!

The worst service I have ever had at Macdonald's. I was together with my family and two toddlers to eat in, I placed my order at 19.09, order number 082, and only at 19.42 my order was ready. It took us over 30 minutes to have our food ready, totally frustrating, kids were hungry and upset. Totally unacceptable and frustrating to see other people that arrived after me to get served and had time to eat their food, and me and my family were still waiting. There were over 30 orders that were placed after mine and got served first than me. When I complained about it, to the person that was serving, she replied in a rude manner to me, saying we can refund you but you will leave your food here ( this when the food was finally ready) . I have never been treated like this before ...not even an apology from your side ...

There is not enough sitting room. The service is extremely slow. The ONLY reason I would ever eat there is if you fancy something hot (well, midly warm) to eat after shopping in Asda.
