Ellie is an artist who paints on cakes! This was for a 60th wedding anniversary and was the cottage the couple live in. They were thrilled and quite emotional when they saw it. Totally unique. The insides were traditional sponge which was light and delicious!

Ordered a cake for my mums 60th Birthday! And I could not have wished for a better cake than the one that Ellie made for her! It was beautiful and everything and more that I could have asked for! We were visiting in the New Forest and Ellie made it so easy for me to organise for our trip, her communication was fantastic!The cake was a red velvet cake and it was the best cake I have ever tasted! The design and pattern on the cake was so beautiful and just helped to make the occasion even more special! All of the family loved it! Thank you Ellie!

Thank you Ellie for Oli’s climbing wall cake, it truly was exceptional and the banoffee sponge is one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. You are so talented and I will be sure to use you again.

Ellie made the most amazing cake for a leaving do and also last minute cupcakes for another event. The whole process was very easy and Ellie came up with lots of ideas and the cakes large and small were beautiful and were enjoyed by everyone. Ellie is an incredible baker who offers the most delicious cakes and afternoon teas. We have enlisted her services for many birthdays and afternoon teas and she always comes up trumps. Food is beautifully presented and seriously tasty.

I can’t thank Elm BakeAway enough for my sons 1st birthday cake, it was exactly what we asked for, a Farm Theme and Victoria sponge. It was so so yummy, extremely well made and professionally decorated. A real show stopper.To go the extra mile Ellie made a Bear for the top of the cake as my sons name is Bear, a really thoughtful touch, thank you so much.

in June 2023 I ordered from Ellie/Elm BakeAway a working lunch for 20 guests for the company I work for.She sent us an example of what she could offer, we loved the selection and proceeded to order.On the day the guests were all delighted and complimented the food and how tasty it was. The also asked which caterer/company it was!She also catered for special dietary requirements which was a must for us.I will definitely contact Elm BakeAway in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone else whether it's for personal or professional requirements (I also personally ordered in the past from Elm BakeAway and I was already very happy and impressed with the quality). Ellie made a wonderful chocolate cake for my husbands 50th birthday. Very easy process, made a wonderful statement HUGE cake and everyone loved it and had seconds… would happily use again. Highly recommend.
