I phoned several jewellers to have my ring valued at the request of my insurance company but all of them required sending it away (this ranged from 10 days to 4 weeks). Sammantha was able to squeeze me in last minute for a valuation of my engagement ring before I went on holiday and provide me with the certificate to have it insured less than 24 hours later! I recently took my jewellery to Sammantha for an up to date Insurance Valuation. I was extremely impressed by her depth of knowledge and professionalism. My items were expertly photographed and detailed information on them all duly noted.I really preferred that at then end of your appointment...you take your items home. So much better than leaving them or posting them! My Valuation arrived the next day with an extensive detailed report. Well impressed...first class customer service!
