Ben had a familiarity and energy that felt as though we had met him before. He slotted in so naturally to our wedding and he had a hot seat from start to finish. The guests are still talking about his drawings now. The likeness was unbelievable and it didn't offend anyone! His personality held conversation throughout, he was always smiling and he brought a new dimension to the evening. It snowballed as the evening went on, he was constantly busy and we are so pleased he made such an unexpected and long trip to do it for us. The biggest thanks to you Pen Jones.

Ben was fantastic, especially considering I was organizing him as a surprise birthday gift for a friend’s party even though I was out of the country. Communication was clear and I had no worries that all would be alright on the night. The guests reported having a blast and they loved how one of the crowd Ben was. The surprise was a success and Ben added so much fun to the room. Wouldn’t hesitate working together again. Thanks for all!

I was looking for a unique gift for a special Birthday. Someone recommended Pen Jones to me. I checked his work out and was impressed so got in touch and explained what I wanted.Going on the work I’d seen I knew I was going to be please and when I picked up the the finished picture I was over the moon ! It way exceeded my expectations! The man is a Genius with a pen!! He did exactly what I’d asked.Highly Recommend ☺️

The best caricaturist I have ever come across. His drawings are funny and at the same time really bring out the personality and look of the sitter whom Ben is drawing. When you get a caricature from Ben, you immediately recognise the person. Unknown to most, he is also an amazing illustrator and really good drawing animals and animal characters. You can tell that he has been formally trained, as he has got both the eye and technical skill. Highly recommend!

Ben was such a great guy to have at a party even without his considerable skills as a caricaturist! He has a way with people that makes them feel comfortable so the whole experience is relaxed and enjoyable, adding to the fun of the day.

Ben was absolutely superb!We hired Ben for our wedding breakfast as we had a BBQ and wanted something unique for our guests during an empty time space.Ben did not fail to deliver! He fit in fantastically with the guests, was super timely and a fantastic artist!1000% recommend - just trying to figure out what event we can hold next to hire him for!

Pen has done drawings of my partner and a friend. I also received one of myself as a birthday present. In all of these, he has managed to really capture the essence of the subject in an amazingly accurate way - but also with touches that highlight the personality. The drawings make fantastic, original gifts, which I would highly recommend.

Ben was amazing, he is such a friendly and likeable person and all the guests said what a lovely guy he was, he makes you feel relaxed whilst doing your portraits and they are just amazing, our guests were queuing up for him, only regret is that we couldn't book him for longer!! If you're thinking about booking this guy then honestly do it, we couldn't recommend him highly enough !

I needed a secret santa present that was a bit different. I knew Ben did caricatures so I asked him to do one of my secret Santa recipient, her husband and their child. He completed an excellent caricature based on a photo that I found for him.The secret santa recipient loved the finished caricature. Ben was punctual, approachable and professional.I highly recommend him.
