Endurance Doors Manufacturing

Terrible experience trying to purchase an Endurance door. They sell via a network of Installers. I'm not sure if they verify the Installers they work with but we went to one of those Installers, Verulam Windows Ltd, to purchase an Endurance front door. They took our deposit (90% of the overall cost) and then never placed the order with Endurance for the door. Here we are, 3 months later, Verulam have now told us they've gone into liquidation. We are now one of 67 unsecured creditors that will probably never see our money again. Before we knew the situation with Verulam Windows I called Endurance Doors several times to get an update on the manufacture of the door (as the quote had been on Endurance Doors letterhead) but as it was a 'trade' quote they couldnt give us any details about it. Horrific experience that I wouldnt wish on anyone.

Doors look absolutely fantastic, unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to by one due to the poor customer service.Appointment booked and confirmed before setting off to the brigg store, upon arrival there was no hello or welcome, instead we was ignored, waited 15mins before we gave up. Had a half hearted apology phone call 25mins past the appointment, but does get me back the 1-2hour of wasted time travelling etc. great doors poor staff

Rugby Double Glazing started using Endurance doors about two years ago, we had been let down by the quality and service of others composite door suppliers.We have now installed hundreds of these doors and had hardly any issues, the furniture is good, the delivery times are accurate and no warping or bowing of the sash.Any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and the team at Endurance are always helpfull.If you want a true quality timber core composite door RDG would thouroughly recommend EnduranceHere are some of the doors we have fitted

Aftersales nightmare. I had an Endurance door fitted 3 years ago, the door knocker broke after 6 months and took months to be replaced at that time and more recently the door guard broke-I am aware the breakage is my fault as my son pulled, I am willing to fully pay for the replacement-I just cannot get through to anyone at Endurance to send me one! it has taken me over 2 months to get in contact with anyone at Endurance to be promised one will be sent out on return of email and now radio silence for a week.No aftersales communication, not fulfilling promises made by phone or email. These doors are not cheap and are deigned to last many years so you would expect a level of service to cover those years.Utterly abysmal service.

It took three doors and three frames before they finally managed to get the measurements right. We still get a cool breeze along the bottom; we've been told this is normal for a low threshold door as there is no space for adequate seals in addition to drainage holes. This whole process took a year.

Nice looking doors but we have an issue with our front door and the fitter has attempted to rectify this but hasn't been able to do so.The supplier Endurance seemingly had no record of this referral and after two months of waiting, endurance advise us that their is a three month wait. Poor customer service and still waiting for a repair. Not what you expect for spending a 1k on a door.I wouldn't buy another endurance product for the lack of customer after sales.

Would not recommend this company.Made an order on August, from there website. Installer came, measured and ordered on next day. It was around mid August, been told will take 8 weeks.Did not heard anything from him so had to chase him, then he told me, it will be made end of November.On December i started chase him again, he did not take my calls or respond emails, had to contact endurance company. Only then he email me back telling doors will be only on January..So it went from 8 weeks to 5 months and probably more.Endurance is 0 helpful, they refuse to tell is the doors with them or with installer is it made or is still in waiting, email them asking to change the installer or send the doors to me so i will find someone to install they just ignored my email...We expected doors latest on October but we had to go true cold months with really bad doors as the house has been on renovation.Disaster not a company... They don't care about end costumer..
