I have adored Blackthorns since the 1980s when I first joined with my, then, partner and her children. I would visit more often, but I am busy teaching and scheduled for knee replacement operations starting in October. Last weekend when I visited it was lovely to update with the plethora of Ians.Everyone I have introduced has been pleased they came.I love it there. Just a chore to drive etc.

Had an amazing weekend here, was made to feel extremely welcome. Thank you Sue for looking after our tent! Meet so many lovey people here, definitely will be returning very soon. Very reasonable priced food and drink, bring your own gin and mixers. Also children friendly.
