Excellent service after losing my seventeen year old cat. All the people that we spoke to were empathetic which made a really difficult day a little easier. We received the ashes the following day in a beautiful urn of a cat which will help us all with the grieving process. Would highly recommend. Wondering people and would definitely use their service again. Thank you.

I can not thank the lovely Staff at Leyland Pet Crematorium enough for how they dealt with me and the sudden loss of my beloved Bengal Daisy Daydream. They arranged her individual cremation quickly and efficiently and were so very caring and sympathetic. Losing Daisy was extremely traumatic but they made the whole process bearable and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services.

We sadly lost our 13yr old Cavalier Buster recently, since we contacted Leyland Pet Crematorium the staff who have dealt with our loss have been caring, sympathetic and empathetic. Under the extremely sad and emotional circumstances we have been going through they have proven to us that good people are still out there and excellent customer service is still available. I would like to say a heart felt thank you for looking after our gorgeous boy Jimbob. By transporting him safely from Liverpool and then giving me updates on him when I emailed you. I was able to come up and collect him this morning with my son and partner to bring him back home. We were able to have a look around the lovely grounds and pay our respects to some of the animals who have been laid to rest there. Thank you to the staff who greeted us, they were so warm and welcoming. Our Jim's remains are in a beautiful box and we also have his fur and also two sand paw prints.

Sadly we had to have our old boy put to sleep yesterday and decided that we wanted to take him to Leyland ourselves and Im so glad we did.Totally professional, compassionate and beautifully dealt with. From the lady who initially met us to the lovely gentleman who took him, i was always confident that they would do their best by him.I cant thank the staff enough for making an incredibly hard day that little bit easier. A lovely calming place at a time when you need it.

I/we would very much like to thank Jemma which we consider to be one of your 5* customer service operators, especially for her heartfelt understanding and support. We initially had some serious concerns prior to speaking with Jemma as our veterinary surgery told us there was a two week backlog in order for us to receive our pet's ashes bk despite initially telling us on 30th October 7 to 10days. After a lengthy conversation with Jemma she FULLY assured us we will be able to bring our baby girl bk home on or after the 8th November thus enabling us to fully grieve! Thank you Jemma

Been here twice now. Both visits were obviously extremely difficult, but the kind and caring staff members made the experience as pleasant and as dignified as possible. It is a lovely place. The grounds are quiet and peaceful. I will always bring my pets here.
