Mitch handled everything amazingly, I'm sure I was a hassle to deal with as had a lot from problems with process but Mitch was able to deal with everything and get us accommodation sorted. It was the most reliable agency I've ever talked with.

Having worked with Mitchell on the letting of a recent property, I can now see why Lettings Company deserves every single 5 star review. Having worked with dubious estate agents in the past, I was a little sceptical but need not have been. Mitchell went above and beyond in his duty of care to find us excellent tenants. He lived up to every promise made. First class customer service, outstanding communication and a meticulous approach to getting things done to a high standard. I have recently started working with Mitch and it has been the best and most professional experience I have had in the real estate industry so far. Mitch has always been punctual to all our appointments which is a must for me. To date he has found two tenants for me both are fantastic and the process was semless, from initial advertising to the final paperwork and signatures. My first house was under offer in 3 days two of which were the weekend and my second property was under offer before it even went on the market. I would recommend Mitch to anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable agent.

I was extremely impressed with the efficient and high level of service provided by Mitch and the Lettings Company. Mitch went above and beyond and facilitated a complete refurb of my rental property prior to listing. He was always available for help and assistance and without him the fast turn around would simply not have been possible. A completely different level of service from my previous experience. Though my contact with Lettings-Company was a coincidence, I was fortunate to land on the right choice. I had to deal everything from far away, not being able to be physically present, but Mitchell gave his level best in providing the assured service in helping me move in as a family. Very helpful, mindful with confidentiality of personal details. Moreover, the entire process of finding a place and the related paper works were dealt with ease. Right from the first telephone call to the receiving of keys, Mitch remained true to his word. I highly recommend this service in Belfast!
