He has an holistic approach to my well-being which encompasses a focus on both functional mobility, strength, and flexibility. Highly Recommend Rupert as a personal trainer.This is more than a personal trainer, it is more of a nutritionist, dietitian, personal trainer, coach and more combined into one.You will get an individual assessment and you will be guided based on what you need help with and this does not have to be exercise focused. This can be health related, goals, motivation etc..If you are willing to put in the effort, time and money. Then this will be worth it !

I couldn’t possibly write all the ways Rupert has helped me with my journey. He has truly helped to be the best version of me, physically and mentally.He challenges you in a way that you are able to manage but also makes you think outside your box.He has helped me stop, reflect, and act.
