Lewis and the team installed a new heating system, replaced radiator valves and taps in my home. It took a while to source the boiler I needed due to the worldwide PCB shortage but Lewis kept me up to dateThey were courteous, friendly and extremely professional. Lewis provided information in a clear, concise way and made it easy for me to understand the options available to us.The payment and invoice process was easy and transparent.

5* highly recommend! Contacted via Facebook messenger following recommendations I had seen on a couple of Bicester community groups. Lewis responded quickly and guided me through my queries as a first time buyer of a property. I booked a boiler service in for a time convenient for me and was kept well informed of when to expect Howard. Howard was friendly and a fast but efficient worker! Howard offered expert additional advice and explained various elements of my heating, water etc. to me in a professional, understandable and digestible way. Lewis has continued to provide prompt responses to my queries regarding payment. Cannot recommend enough! Will definitely have my boiler serviced with them next year and for years to come!
