Darren helped me through out the recovery of my shoulder and ankle injuries for almost 5 months and they improved a lot after 6 sessions. He is professional and always punctual. Highly recommend Darren to help you recover from any injuries. The location is really convenient to access.

Thanks to Eleni's expertise, I have seen a significant improvement in my physical condition. Throughout the sessions, Eleni explained every step of the process and I felt confident I was in good hands. Eleni also took the time to answer all of my questions which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Eleni and Moballise, they are professional and the experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Thanks to Dhara’s expertise, my knee & chest pain has improved (after just 1 session!). She provided excellent advice and the massages/ exercises have been really helpful in gaining back mobility - would definitely recommend!

I have been several times to Mobillise, for different issues and have had very good treatments.On this last occasion I was treated by Eleni, who diagnosed my problems straight away, explained why I was having difficulty and then embarked on a course of treatment that has been very positive. It has taken a number of intense treatments to solve the pain I was experiencing but I was feeling better after each session and am now in a position to be able to continue with a monthly visit for massage as a longer term maintenance regime. I am so relieved to be able to have full movement in the areas that previously gave me pain and I am not experiencing any night time pain, which has really improved my sleep as well.

After dealing with back pain for 4 years I finally decided to get something done about it, and I'm so glad that I did!Eleni has been brilliant throughout my whole recovery process. She immediately diagnosed the problem and helped me understand what was wrong and how we could fix it. She's easy to talk to and very good at explaining things which has made the whole process go really smoothly.I can't quite believe how quick the recovery process was. After 3 weeks I was entirely pain free.Now at 6 weeks I've not only recovered my mobility, but I've actually far more mobile than I was before my injury. My back is feeling as strong and flexible as ever and I'm confident that I've been given the tools to make sure it stays that way.I highly recommend Eleni and Moballise, thanks for everything!

Finally a physio who doesn’t tell me to just do nothing until the problem solves itself! Very friendly, helpful and created a plan so I could continue to train while my symptoms decreased and then disappeared!

I was treated by Eleni and she is an amazing professional. She quickly knew what was wrong with my knee. In addition to the treatment we had in our sessions, she helped me understand what the problem was and gave me exercises to improve and prevent a future injury. 100% recommendable!!

I had a sudden sharp pain in my collar bone and shoulder. I needed to sort the issue out before my competition which was a week later. Eleni was brilliant and identified the problem straight away and was able to restore my range of motion in one session! I was able to compete the following week thanks to her ! Definitely would recommend to all!
