When we were making calls to find a direct cremation service Steven Cains stood out from all other providers, he listened and was very human unlike the other companies who were like robots, reading from a script and making a hard sell.Steven was there for us throughout the process and put me and my family at ease during what was a very difficult time. He went over and above the call of duty and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better service, and we are very grateful to have used Direct Cremation.I would definitely recommend this service. Thank you Steven.

Never knew such a service existed until Steven was recommended by the coroner's office. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing a no fuss, no ceremony cremation then I can recommend without hesitation. Everything was handled via phone and email with respect and efficiency.

KINGSTON UPTON THAMES SITEAbsolutely brilliant service. We were completely lost in the Process of everything, Steven and his team really helped us step by step.Keeping us updated all through the process. I live abroad as needed to return home as quickly as possible, he gave me all of the information on how to declare the ashes to customs, with all the right paperwork to do so. Steven moved mountains to make sure that my mum's ashes were delivered to us the same day of the cremation, in the 2 urns ordered . ( one for me abroad and one for my aunt)I can't thank you enough!!

This is one of those things that feels strange recommending, but at some point most of us will require this type of service.Steven was absolutely reassuring and always conducted himself with calmness and professionalism. The time between arranging the cremation to receipt of the urn was relatively quick, which allows us to now focus on the grieving process.I never once felt like I was simply a customer, for want of a better word, and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in need of cremation arrangements.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Steven at Direct Cremation. When my Mum passed away she wanted a direct cremation without any fuss. Steven was respectful at all times, provided a quick and efficient service, answered all queries the same day, and delivered Mums ashes to me personally himself, all at a very reasonable cost.It made a stressful situation less so.Thank you.

I cannot praise the service highly enough. Steven was easy to contact and responsive. He explained the process delicately, kept us updated as to progress and delivered the ashes personally in a lovely wooden box . At such a emotional time Steven was both professional and sensitive and has our families thanks for 5 star service .
