Person to person contact good, phone contact sometimes an issue.Becoming reliant on technology to authorise work after initial inspection - great if you receive the SMS or E-mail - I was in a location with no signal for hours, so my one day service became two, with an overnight stay required. No issues with quality of work. Although not a Maserati loan car the Audi provided was a nice car and did the job.

What I wanted to do was to walk into showroom and take some pictures. What happened is a nice lady named Lauren Kettle came up to me and said go ahead and take all the pictures you want, also she gave me a couple of Ferrari umbrellas and Ferrari pins and even let me sit in a Ferrari. I just wanted to say thank you to Lauren, So THANK YOU. I will never forget my experience at Graypaul Edinburgh Ferrari.

Was most disappointed with the purchase of an 812 Superfast from Gray Paul Ferrari. The car arrived with PPF peeling on near enough every panel. Once entering the car I was greeted with a warning message of the key fob battery needing to be replaced. After starting the car after the weekend I am now presented with a warning that the car needs servicing after only being delivered 3 days ago. Contact has been made to the management but there seems to be no regard for customer service with no reply at all. Beware when purchasing a car from them.......

Amazing service from reception to tech to management fm the moment I rang on Friday afternoon with an urgent issue on ferrari as I was travelling to London. Amazing service from sabina [ hope spelt right] to management and techs. I went bk to Ferrari showrooms at Fort kinnard yesterday morning an afternoon to take pictures of these lovely cars there an they were fantastic cars i was going to cry because i can't drive at all i just take pictures of these cars in showrooms that's what i telling this guy that works there what beautiful cars to look at this place, i was looking for a pen with ur logo on it or a keyring with Ferrari logo its for a special friend of mind's she really into these cars, if you don't mind.
