I have been a client of Ascentis for many years. While I mostly deal with Mark and Lee, I can say that each and every member of staff that I have dealt with have always been efficient, clear to understand and helpful in making manging the accounts to be a less stressful job. It is important to me that my accountant is on hand when I need an answer and I always get a prompt and informative response to any messages I send. As my businesses have grown I have received relevant and timely advice on matters of the accounts and related business. I feel that they understand my businesses and have their interests at heart. A great business all round and they are a pleasure to deal with.
