Joy Paws Dog Hotel

This was the first time that we had left our little pup with Kim for an extended period of time, we could not have been happier with the care and all of the updates we received while away. A few weeks before Nala’s stay she broke her leg, but we were put at ease with how relaxed Nala was through her stay and Kim really has helped with her recovery and is a completely different dog and we cannot thank Kim enough for her hard work and effort. Nala is alway happy on arrival, does not want to leave and is always a happy dog!!Thank you so much for all the hard work and time you have put into Nala, we could not recommend you highly enough!Kyle and Kelly

I highly recommend Kim/Joy Paws, from the very first meeting Kim has been amazing. We were really worried about leaving our dog for our holiday but she had a brilliant time at Joy Paws. Kim takes the dogs in as if they’re her own and you can really tell her love for them. She was super accommodating when we had a slight hitch with an early season which really put us at ease. The video/photo updates are lovely too. Our dog has really improved since going here, she’s learnt a lot from the other dogs and Kim’s own dog. If you’re looking for a dog boarder or day care, look no further, you’ve found the perfect place!!

Can’t recommend Kim at Joy Paws highly enough.She’s taken absolutely excellent care of our pup many times.I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wants the best level of care for their dog.

I really wanted somewhere that wasn’t just a cage for our Labrador to sit in alone when we were away and that treated him like a member of their family. That’s exactly what we’ve got with Kim. He’s exhausted when he comes home having had many lovely walks (which we get videos of) and playing with the other dogs. As much as I’m sure he’d rather we take him wherever we’re going he pulls on his lead to get into the Joy Paws gate as quickly as he can when we arrive, there’s no better example of how relaxed he is in her company or how much fun he has than that.

Our little yorkie Daisy went to Joypaws for 5 nights a few weeks back which was her first time away from us. She is 2 yrs old. We were so happy and delighted with Kim and her team as we were so nervous about leaving her but we had nothing to worry about as you can see the love and attention to detail this company have for the dogs. It was so nice to receive daily updates on her progress while we were away which gave us peace of mind. Also when Daisy went there she was a little nervous around other dogs but as the week progressed Kim introduced her slowly and she made lots of new doggy friends and came back to us so happy and full of confidence. Would highly recommend Kim and her team! Daisy looks forward to staying there again in the future ❤️

Charlie absolutely loves visiting and staying with Kim at Joy Paws!Lovely long walks, plenty of play and rest time. Joy Paws is a really lovely 2nd home.Joy Paws support us as 1st time dog owners brilliantly well, getting to know us and Charlie to provide the best care.Knowing our boy is so well looked after and loved whilst we are away from him gives us peace of mind.

Mabel has been going to Joy Paws for over a year now for day care and has had several overnight and weekend stays. It so reassuring to know that she is treated like one of the family with lots of walks and home comforts. We wouldn’t want her to go anywhere else, Kim is brilliant

Our little wire haired Jack Russell, Meg, aged 3, has just spent 9 nights at Joy Paws with Kim and her team. We’ve never left her for this long before….but we need not have worried- Kim sent us daily videos and updates so we could see that Meg too was having a fantastic time on her own holiday! She loves playing with other dogs so really enjoyed making new friends! Meg went for several day care sessions before her holiday stay - which we feel helped her and also us to know she was happy to be there! The care at Joy Paws is amazing! You really could not wish for a better place for your dog to stay! Kim and her team are fabulous! Totally a five star team! We would highly recommend Joy Paws to everyone! You really will not find anywhere better than this!

Our JRT, Sarah is a regular at Kim's on a weekly daycare basis. She just loves there, super excited to go in the morning and it is always hard to drag her away in the evening :)Her batteries are always down after an eventful day. I think she cannot wait to finally have a sleepover there :)

Kim and team look after dogs like their own. Our dog had such a lovely stay with them, he really did come back one tired out doggie. The frequent videos and pictures from Joy Paws really did help reassure us that he was having a great time.
