We've bought one of Jamie's shotgun key lanyards for my brother in law last year. He was delighted with it. It's a beautifully made product that will last for many years to come.

Jamie made a pair of cufflinks out of some welsh slate for my fiancé after we got engaged. I was able to send him some slate from the exact spot where we got engaged which he has turned into a beautiful pair of cufflinks. He kept me updated throughout, letting me know when he had received the slate in the post, and also sending me photos of them before sending. They arrived very quickly and in a beautiful brown box. Thanks for great service and help, I'm very pleased with the ordering process and the products. I try to shop consciously and J Boults idea with up-cycling and the reuse of materials is awesome and absolutely necessary these days when we need a sustainable thinking. I would definitely recommend them and their products.

In early December I contacted J Boult Designs about making an antler tie pin, as I could see they had other antler products on sale, which would be for my husband for Christmas. They were more than happy to accommodate my request but said they would have to order in the materials to make it. Unfortunately due to the postal disruption they didn't receive the materials before their winter closure and offered a full refund, however I was more than happy to wait as I had other gifts for my husband anyway.After they re-opened in late January there was another small hiccup in that their supplier sent the incorrect pin backings so they had wait for the correct ones to be delivered.In the end it wasn't until mid-February that we received the tie pin, however the communication from J Boult Designs was fantastic! They let me know what was happening at every stage of the process and as I said I wasn't in a rush to receive the product. Both my husband and I were delighted with the tie pin and it goes very well with his cufflinks and jacket buttons.
