Second time dealing with Tile Depot Doncaster. Staff there are first class. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, honest. All the qualities you hope to find when you are a bit of a novice and need help you can trust in. Cant thank you enough for looking after us, in person and on the phone. If i could nominate the staff there for a best service award then i would. Even if i could buy cheaper online i wouldnt, these people are worth their weight in gold. Thank you so much for your help. You are just brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant local company, Leeds, Doncaster and Sheffield. I can't compliment these enough, the customer service is second to none and they offer a selection of different products from affordable products to the luxury high end shower enclosures like British home grown products from Aqata, great products and service, please take my word for it and contact one of these showrooms for all your bathroom requirements. Excellent company!, gorgeous affordable products and amazing staff!

Not really sure where to start..Lack of updates regarding delivery timesTiles came wrong three timesHad to accept a tile similar to what we ordered as the delays were terrible(not the stores fault)Even then they came wrong, adhesive and grout was incorrectly calculated and the store had to send another delivery out whilst the tiler was workingThe area manager was involved to sort out at the end but even he disappeared into the ether when compensation was mentioned.Had some great service over the last few years at this store seems to have gone down hill terriblyHonestly don’t like criticising local businesses on the public domain but maybe they will read and make improvements as requiredDarren

Excellent. A huge choice of tiles & very helpful staff. I visited last week not really knowing which tiles I wanted but Adam helped me with choice/style & colour. He then helped me with measurements, being old school mine were in inches but he took the time to convert to cm & then double checked everything. Needless to say they had a sale from me. Other tile shops gave no help/advice & I may have well been a ghost in their stores. When I can afford to have my bathroom updated I will be going back to Tile Depot, a beautiful choice of bathrooms & tiles in store.Highly recommend Tile Depot for choice/styles/price & above all customer satisfaction.Thank you

Just picked some tiles etc from here , excellent service from Tom, I'd been to few tile places before here, not a good experience, they didnt seem interested, but Tom from walking in the door was very helpful, went in a few times , Tom remembered me each time, would highly recommend them.

Plenty of stock to see different layouts from a wide range of styles and budgets. Very helpful planning staff design your bathroom and show you in 3D what it will look like over a hot drink. They can recommend installers if you need them.
