Absolutely phenomenal team who make every step of the selling/buying journey as easy as possible. Martin, Karen and Amy were all fantastic and professional throughout. Holly, who handled my sale, went above and beyond. She was always easily contactable, always polite and professional, gave fantastic advice in respect of our onward searches and made an otherwise stressful process all the better for her input. I would have no reservations using Howkins again as my preferred agents and would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell.

A very professional and customer focussed estate agency. We recently purchased a property through Howkins & Harrison which had a couple of challenges. First and foremost I must mention Amy Trott who always went the extra mile ensuring we were kept up to date and dealt with all our enquires in a proactive and calm manner, an individual who is a real asset to both the company and customers. They took on elements of the sale that they really didn't need to. I believe some agents would have expected us to manage ourselves. Ever wondered why Estate agents have a bad reputation - we were kept waiting 3 days to be allowed to view a property, drove 15 miles for a 10.00 am viewing, at 9:55 am we received a phone call to be informed the property was SOLD, absolutely disgraceful behaviour, we feel used and abused. You should be ashamed Howkins and Harrison.

I have been very happy with the service received from H&H. They were very helpful during the sale of my property and achieved a quick and smooth sale at a good price.I have also been heavily involved with them from a buyers point of view in the past 12 months. At the initial meeting Martin showed that he had a very good grip of the local market. Brochure production and viewing arrangements were all very satisfactory, as was the handling of the various offers. There were some delays at the end of the process, caused by actions further down the chain but this situation was handled very well by Amy. Highly Recommended!

The team all worked tirelessly to get us over the line with the minimum of fuss and drama.
